Tobyhanna Falls

Description

Tobyhanna Falls is a stunning waterfall on the Tobyhanna Creek, which is a tributary of the Lehigh River. The waterfall can be reached by walking a .4 mile level pathway through some gorgeous pine trees. This waterfall is not very tall, but it is very powerful. You can climb around on the rock boulders and get very close for some great photos.

An Unknown Treasure

This could be my favorite waterfall in Pennsylvania. It was such a peaceful place, and yet the water was gushing like crazy. This waterfall is certainly not the tallest one you will ever see, but the amount of water was more than most. I loved how you can walk around on all the big rocks and boulders that surround it.

Love it!

Really loved this one! The hike was short and so peaceful!! It's also fun to climb around on the rocks.

How To Get There

Directions

Park at the Austin T. Blakeslee Natural Area parking lot. From there, you walk along the creek on a level trail for about .4 miles through some beautiful pines and deciduous trees until you come to the waterfall.
