One of best hikes in Ithaca

A delightful hike with such varied things from cliffs and overlooks, to waterfalls and gorges. One of the best hikes we recommend!

Lovely hike in the woods!

This was a long hike, but so worth it! Through the woods and up and down the stone steps, along the huge rock walls. We could see the falls from above, and then walked down beside it.

How To Get There

Directions

Take Enfield Falls Road (route 327) and turn left on Upper Park Rd. Turn left into the large parking area near the old grist mill building/museum. From there you can follow the signs for the trail. We recommend taking the loop hike in a specific direction, heading right up the hill when the trail forks, fallowing along the overlooks, down to the creek, across the bridge, and update the trail through the gorge.
